We love to wash and set your wig. Please note the appointment booked is for the time you are picking your hairpiece up.
We require your hairpiece to be dropped off 48 hours prior to the appointment time you have book. For same day we require to be dropped off by 10am that day.
We will have it ready for you at the time you book to collect or the door or you can choose to book with a pick up appointment.

Does your hair piece need a restyle? Tell us what you want and we will have it ready for you to collect or you can choose to book with a pick up appointment.

At Rafaelie Wigs we love to find our clients the perfect new hair piece. If you would like to have a consultation, please book an appointment and if you have already found the right wig with us let's make it perfect for you.

When you purchase a wig from us you will receive a 12 month warranty. This appointment booking is for you to book any of the following in the 12 months.

> 2 x cut/reshape your new wig
> 1 colour change at 50% discount
> Wig alterations x 2 and then 50% off during the 12 months (Baby hairs, Hairs filled in, Filling in hair on Lace, Earpiece adjustments)

Do you need to an alteration or repair to your hair piece? This is very normal and we have a service for you.

Please note we DO NOT add lace to wigs that were not purchased from Rafaelie Wigs.

Please note the initial payment for this appointment will be deducted from the total bill.

Fancy a change? Have you hairpiece coloured. Please let us know on the booking page what you would like so we are prepared for the 15 minute consultation when you bring your wig to us. Please note the initial fee paid upon booking with be taken from your final bill.

Great, then the Rafaeli MOT is the service for you.
Included in your MOT (RRP £103)
Wash + hair mask (deep conditioning)
Styled to your preference
Combs & Clips will be replaced
Wig repairs - holes, tears & new elastics replaced
Choose one of the following:
Silicone strips added to wig
Velvet non grip sewn into wig
wig (Rafaelie wigs only)
Please note filling in hair and colour services can be added for an additional cost.
