1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from Let Your Beauty Shine Limited (trading as Rafaeli Wigs). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. These include the terms of your product’s warranty, our refund policy, and your responsibilities as a customer.
2. Warranty Terms & Conditions
Hand-Tied / Handmade Wigs Warranty
This section applies to all custom-made, hand-tied wigs or toppers.
Warranty Period
* Full-price hand-tied wigs are covered under a 12-month warranty from the date of collection.
* Wigs purchased during a sale have a 1-month warranty.
Hair Density
* You may request additional hair to be added up to twice within 30 days of collection.
* For longer-term upkeep, we recommend maintenance services such as hair replacement when needed.
Colour Services
* Includes highlights, lowlights, ombre, balayage, rooting, and fashion colours (e.g. pink, red, blue, green, purple).
* One post-collection colour service is included. Additional services will incur extra charges.
Cutting
* Includes two cutting sessions as part of the warranty.
* The first cut will be done in front of a mirror with a full consultation; feedback is welcome. Changes after the cut may incur additional charges.
Alterations
* One adjustment to the wig cap or base is included. Please note that not all alterations are reversible.
* Additional adjustments beyond the initial one are subject to further charges.
All Other Wigs and Toppers Warranty
This section applies to all other types of wigs or toppers not hand-tied or handmade.
Warranty Period
* 12-month warranty for full-price purchases.
* 1-month warranty for wigs purchased during a sale.
* The warranty period begins on the date of collection.
Hair Density
* Covers additions to the hairline (1 inch back), parting, baby hairs, and extra wefts at the sides, back, or nape.
* Two appointments for density-related adjustments are included within the warranty.
* Lace top or base alterations are not covered beyond 30 days post-collection.
Colour Services
* Warranty covers various colouring techniques (e.g. highlights, balayage, special fashion shades, rooting).
* One colour service is included. Further services will incur additional charges.
Cutting
Includes two wig cuts during the warranty period.
Alterations
* One lace parting change and one earpiece adjustment are included.
* Alterations such as shortening or removing an earpiece are not reversible. Additional changes will be chargeable.
3. General Terms (Applicable to All Wigs and Toppers)
Guarantee Requirement
To keep your warranty valid, all aftercare services including colour, washing, styling, and alterations must be completed by Rafaeli Wigs. External services may void your warranty.
Delivery Timeframe
We aim to deliver all wigs and toppers in a timely manner. However, delays can occur due to supply chain or production issues. Such delays are not eligible for refunds, but you will be kept informed throughout the process.
Cutting Process
Before any cutting takes place, we will carry out a full consultation to confirm the requested style. The cut is done in front of a mirror to allow for your input. If further changes are requested after the cut, these may be subject to additional charges.
Colour Matching
We aim to match colour preferences closely, but natural variation may occur. Please note:
* Colour results can differ from photos, charts, or samples.
* Dye may stain wig base materials.
* Natural hair may lighten over time and with washing.
Styling Considerations
Styled hair may drop or loosen with weather conditions like wind or humidity. Naturally straight hair may not hold curls or waves over time.
Product Care
To keep your wig in good condition:
* Store it on a wig head away from direct sunlight.
* Cover curly hair with a silk scarf when not in use.
* Use high-quality serums and appropriate brushes as recommended.
4. Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds or exchanges will only be considered under the following conditions and must be requested within 30 days of collection:
* The product was faulty or damaged at the time of collection.
* The product does not match the agreed specifications, e.g., colour or texture errors.
Please note:
* Refunds are not available for custom work after the deposit is paid and production has begun.
* All deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
* Wigs must be returned in unused condition, with tags and packaging intact, for an exchange or refund to be considered.
5. Customer Responsibility for Changes
Any requested changes that incur additional costs (e.g., colour updates, added density, structural adjustments) will be charged to the customer. We will always inform you of any extra fees in advance.
6. Acknowledgement of Terms
By making a purchase from Rafaeli Wigs, you confirm that:
* You have read and understood the Terms & Conditions and Warranty Terms outlined above.
* These conditions have been reviewed and discussed with you, and you accept them as part of your purchase agreement.
